Soon Seng Food Industry Pte Ltd is a pioneer partnership-managed noodle manufacturing company in Singapore.

The company was established in 1991 by a few like-minded friends who share a unique passion in noodle making.


Soon Seng (顺成) as its name exemplifies - 


Preserving Traditional Spirit While Conforming With The Times

In 1992, Soon Seng started at its first factory at Wan Lee Road. In 2015, production shifted to a new and bigger factory at Quality Road. 


The new factory was built and designed specifically to meet the growing market demand. It is equipped with five flour silos with a combined storage capacity of more than 100 tonnes. Semi-automated machines were designed and constructed specifically for our range of products.

At Soon Seng, we have a highly dedicated team with valuable experience in the know-how of noodle making. The team is skilled and well-trained in various food safety and compliance standards.

In addition, our company places great emphasis on R&D, as exemplified in our new "Healthier Choice" product - Whole Wheat Noodles and Brown Rice Kway Teow.

As a responsible business entity, we also adapt the use of green energy. For instance, we have a solar electric system that powers some of our production activities via solar energy and our boilers also run on natural gas rather than fuels (diesel) to reduce carbon emission. Surplus of finished products are donated to farms and reprocessed into animal feed to reduce wastage.

In 2020, as testament to our commitment to food safety standards and customer satisfaction, we have successfully obtained ISO 22000:2018 certification. To uphold our standards, we shall work as a team to continually improve our management quality and food safety using ISO 22000 as our management tool.
